Awesome words from #georgehutton #mindpersuasion.com

I use to go to Vegas a lot with my buddies.

Naturally, we’d lose most of the time, but it was pretty fun.

I know that we always talked about how we were going to “take down the casino” but I’m pretty sure we all enjoyed the trip (it was about a 4 hour drive from where we all lived at the time) not because we were some kind of financial wizards, but it was just fun to hang out together.

My friend had this saying, every time he would place a $2 bet on a hand of blackjack.

“This is the acorn that shall become the might oak!”

Now, thinking about that, it sounds like a neat (if overused) turn of phrase, but think about what it really means.

You take an acorn, put it in the ground, and come back 100 years later, and there’s going to be  a HUGE tree.

A tree with massive roots that can withstand tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, and pretty much anything else.

All from a tiny acorn, and some dirt.

The truth is that ALL LIFE, on a deep level, is programmed by the Creator to make more of itself.

Trees make more trees, animals make more animals, and people make more people.

But people are also programmed for ANOTHER, even more magical (if not mystical) type of creation.

Wealth creation. The creation of stuff.

See, once upon a time, there was a bunch of people, and all they had were spears and loincloths. And maybe some bones tied in their hair.

Now? We’ve got tons of wealth, things that we’ve been busily creating all throughout the centuries.

If you judge humans ONLY by our behavior, you’d have to come to the conclusion that we’re pretty good at these two things:

Making more people, and making more stuff.

And we call making more stuff, “wealth creation.” Stuff people can use, enjoy and use to get ideas to make even more stuff.

All you’ve got to do is get in on the action. Figure out your place in this giant, centuries long process of wealth creation.

Figure what you’re good at, and get paid.

A lot.
